Here's The Tea! Part 2

Hey y'alllllll! If you didn't know, we're releasing our very own Custom Shop on 11/27/2021 at 3:33pm which happens to be our One Year Anniversary. Before we launch, I wanted to go over the steps to go through in order to get your custom pieces created! That way, you'll be prepared when we finally open! Also, once you get to the end of this blog post, I have a surprise for you all! This will come in handy when you place your first custom shop order! Enough rambling, let's get into it!


Step 1.


You'll want to email us at shopunstable@gmail.com stating that you are interested in creating a custom piece. You'll want to give us a description of what you're looking for (type of garment, color schemes, custom ORIGINAL logos or graphics if you have a specific design in mind, we don't want to get sued lol) then we'll respond in 24 hours. You can provide your own pieces such as denim jackets or jeans, blank t shirts, blank bodysuits, etc. Just let us know in the initial email. Production can take 2-3 weeks at the latest but we are aiming for 7 to 10 business days! If you need anything in a shorter time frame for a holiday or specific event, please state that and we'll show you what we have on hand!


If you don't know what you want and you need help coming up with a concept for your design you can schedule a consultation via zoom for ONE whole hour. This service only costs $10 to book! I will personally be helping you decide on what you feel works best for you! I will ask you a list of questions to get a good feel of who you are in general & fashion wise! You'll be getting the FULL experience!


Step 2.


At this point you should be past the consultation phase, and your designs and concepts have been approved by us & you've approved it as well! This is when you'll receive your invoice and once a payment is received, we'll start production! Payments will be via PayPal & Venmo for now until we come up with a system that works on the website. You can either pay in full or pay a deposit (which is half of the full total) so we can move onto step 3.


Step 3.


Once a payment is received, production will start. Production takes 2-3 weeks at the latest but we aim for 7 to 10 business days! We can update you on your order status if you ask! As soon as we get the payment, we start production so last-minute changes are not recommended.


Step 4.


Two words... Quality Control! Your custom piece should be finished but we'll be checking the whole garment to make sure it's in tip top shape! If the quality is up to par, on to step 5!


Step 5.


We'll reach out to let you know your order is here and we'll provide pictures! You'll approve the final product, then once you approve, we'll need that final payment in order to pack and ship out your order! If you already made the full payment, the confirmation from you will only be needed and it'll be shipped out, available for pick up or contactless drop off ASAP! If you are NOT satisfied with your order due to quality reasons on our end, we can continue to add or fix anything for FREE. A refund is an option as well. Our goal is to provide quality custom pieces so if we don't deliver in the aspect, we'll gladly refund you. If you feel like the initial design is a little bare then we can add things on but it'll cost extra since you approved the initial design & quality reasons aren't an issue.


Step 6.


At this point you should have your pieces physically in front of you. We'll of course do a follow up once you receive it! We'll provide care instructions with your order and if you purchased Rhinestone Insurance, we'll provide your warranty card too! That'll allow you to get free unlimited rhinestone restorations (since rhinestones tend to fall off over time) to keep your custom piece looking brand new! Please take pictures, share on your social media, refer us to your friends and family & keep our services in mind for events!
